Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp

 
CCFL operates at the ambient room temperature, instead of high temperature as in normal fluorescent lamp and offers several advantages like very long lamp life, dimmable, and can used in flashing signs where the bulb is turned off and on frequently. They can also be exposed directly to the rain and are especially suitable for Hotels, restaurants, office building, gymnasiums, exhibition centers, schools, hospitals outdoor lighting and other projects where considerable air conditioning cost can be achieved.
